Already a day late for my Tumblr Challenge. R3b3L and I don’t even cuRR

Day 2: Do you think of yourself as girly? How?

Yes, I think I am girly. How? I mean I am a girl. ew. next question 

 
Day 3: Do you think of yourself as a feminist? Why or why not?

Yes (at least I hope), but my version of a feminist may differ from what others may think a feminist is. In my view a feminist is a tough cookie that has vivid goal for herself and does what she feels suits her best. Yes this is a very broad statement, but I think there are multiple types of feminist and I just feel like I am somewhere in between. I mean being a feminist does not necessarily mean that I am going to burn my bras, not shave my legs, never wear dresses and go butch. Although, If that’s what suits you then go ahead and do it! But a feminist could also be someone that wears daring bold red lipstick and super high heels. It could also be a women that uses her time to gets her hair done on no particular occasion or gets her nails done before she goes out to just run errands. As long as it is a way to make yourself a “feminist” feel powerful and good about yourself and not be phased (entirely) by the pressures around you, then shhoooot gurrl call yourself a feminist! Being a feminist can be seen as a state of mind (in my opinion). I can even go as far to say that I think in a way that many types of controversial females could be seen as feminists. Like recently those Victoria Secret Models to Vegas Showgirls to even professional pole dancers. The idea that you have the confidence and respect for yourself in whatever makes you feel comfortable is what matters. (But whatever people may think after reading this I just want to make it clear that I think this applies to everything except the obvious like girls in prostitution and drug dealing. Call me a hypocrite don’t curr.)

Day 1: Your views on the color pink.

My favorite shades (or mixtures) of pink are hot pink and magenta. Hot pink is just so silly and fun to wear. I like to sometimes paint my nails hot pink to make me feel a bit like a little kid that picks that doesn’t have any intentions to be subtle. Hot pink is my crazy color. I have hot pink underwear, socks, hair ties, I like having something bright on my even if its a little bit at times. 

Then there is Magenta, my color that I choose to feel elegant and chic. I love them as loose blouses or florals on a skirt. My maturity version of the color. :)

7. Name 7 things that make you happy.

I guess I may have mixed a little bit with the previous day’s challenge, but yeah. I am trying hard to avoid answering this last question because I have just spent the past couple hours on the computer doing homework and checking the clock noticing that I should probably get some sleep, but then look at how much work I have done so far and feel like I didn’t even do that much. (sorry for my run on sexy nonsense grammar. $0rrY hopefully the above picture of me in a cuT3 feather mask my mom randomly got me at the dollar tree will compensate some how on my eloquent grammar) Plus, that is a really hard question and I don’t feel like pulling out the creative card. So yeah here are the random answers that have been roaming around in my mind that I was able to round up by utter convenience (Does that make sense? Sorry, look at the mask again. You’re eyes are welcome!)

1. Getting lost in a conversation with friends
2. When someone gets your humor and keeps adding more ridiculousness to it

4. When I finish a successful run (in my opinion) and I act like I am in the movie Rocky and slow run and punch my way to my “finish line” (Maddox park drinking fountain)
5. Watching Desperate Housewives and loving it thinking that it is almost over then looking at the time and seeing that I still have like 30 minutes left of entertainment.

I am 2 days behind, haha oh well. Here I go (obviously I would put my mom and friends but here’s more things) in no particular order …

1. Panera
2. Being openly silly and comfortable in public and taking in the stares as an audience.
3. Finding something amazing on the sales rack that’s just my size!
4. Getting text messages that make me literally L O L
5. pressing the save button after finishing a decent amount of work/or finishing an assignment.
6. that feeling of being all fre$h after a shower

1. I like how I don’t take things too seriously if I don’t have to (or at least I try really hard not to), you can call it denial, I call it living.

1. I have this chicken pox scar on my left side (which is considered your right when facing me) of my face in between my eye area and the beginning of my cheek bone. It’s three dots and for some reason I really like it. I remember when I was younger I thought it kind of looked like a bear paw print with just the finger print showing. I would make up stories too if I got bored saying it was a chicken pox scar. Like during sophomore year I remembered I made up a story with Simone that it was a battle wound and I got hit by a pine cone.  

2. I guess I like my brown eyes.

3. Ok I don’t know how this is going to sound but here I go. Overall, I know I am not a standard gorgeous girl. I believe I was given some facial characteristics that may be defined as not that complimentary. I am very short standing at exactly 5 foot, I inherited my big nose complete with big nostrils, very round face, my eyebrows are pretty bushy when not properly tamed, I have a big protruding mole smack dabbed in the middle of my face, my teeth are crooked, I have no boobs and no butt. But all in all, I think I pull it off quite well. I am not the standard pretty, but I think I can compliment myself that I am for sure not entirely bad looking. :)

1. I have not turned into a dramatic movie played statistic of an only child living with a single mom who seeks fulfillment by sleeping around and/or being very superficial. 

2. I am very proud and happy with the things I did in high school yet I refuse to let those days be my glory days. I like that I think that way.

Okay so 1 thing that makes me unique. Well that’s a hard question, I mean the fact that I have to choose only ONE thing! Geez, the REAL question should be which one I should choose. WOW, Tumblr! This is a challenge.

So I always like it when I see someone on my Dashboard do a Tumblr Challenge. I tried my first a couple months ago and I did feel like I successfully mastered it. I DON’T LIKE COMMITMENT and it was too long 30 days?!? No thanks Tumblr. Then I thought hayyy why not try it out again? I mean why not it’s not like I have a lot of homework right now and just looking for distractions, oh WAIT sillies that’s ME! But this one is only seven and it’s seems interesting to me. I mean it just asks stuff about myself and allows me to be just a tad bit conceited. Don’t lie!
